People Who Turn Slowly

You know who I am talking about. You are driving along at what you believe to be a strong pace. The person in front of you flips on their signal and you slow to prepare...but then you begin to slow more and more until you realize that you are at a dead stop in the middle of the goddamn road because this person feels its necessary to stop, turn the wheel, and then accelerate again to turn. It is a complete waste of time, gas, and attention that should be focused on something else
